“Declaration”, writes Mr. Juzwiak, "I believe is to be one of my more ambitious compositions. Perfect as a concert opener it starts with a majestic fanfare then just takes off from there and never slows down. You need a talented snare drum player for this. It is definitely a song for high school players." It holds the spot of keeping the band, band director and most importantly the audience, interested in the overall performance. All involved will have a lot of fun with it.
